Every sealed claim on this platform is independently verifiable at the public chain. Here is exactly what that does — and does not — mean.
One URL, any claim.
Seals land on an append-only log anchored to a public chain. Anyone can take a hash and check it at chain.epochcoreqcs.com — no account, no trust required.
It proves: the bytes match a sealed claim, the seal exists on the chain, and the signature checks out against the issuer's key.
It does not prove: vendor solvency, product fitness, or third-party-certified compliance. A seal is a falsifiable integrity claim — not an endorsement.
That precision is the point. We show you the mechanism instead of asking for faith.
Signed under accountability.
Seals are issued under officer attestation with separation of duties — an AI CEO and CFO attest, and a human Sole Manager authorizes both. See the officers page for the chain of authority.
